According to Deadline Hollywood on Monday, “X-Men: Days of Future Past” celebrities Hugh Jackman, James McAvoy, and Michael Fassbender promote their global tour in celebration of the 20th Century Fox and Marvel Studios film. This will be an international tour to promote the film as these “mutant” celebrities make their way across the world to corresponding world premieres of the movie directed by Bryan Singer.

All three aforementioned actors, who play the mutants Professor Charles Xavier, Magneto, and Logan/Wolverine in the film, will get their start at the New York premiere and then join “The Hunger Games” Jennifer Lawrence, “The Hobbit’s” Ian McKellen, “Star Trek’s” Patrick Stewart, and “Game of Thrones‘” Peter Dinklage. Fan Bingbing, Ellen Page, Nicholas Hoult, and Omar Sy join the tour that will make their ways to cities such as London, Singapore, Moscow, Sao Paulo, Beijing, and Melbourne. At this point it is unknown which actors will wind up in what city.

This marketing attempt isn’t the first time since the days of “Titanic” and “Braveheart” in an attempt to promote to a foreign market. According to the trio in the presented video, there’s an attempt of one-upmanship as to who is traveling the greatest of distances.
