JAMES McAvoy has thanked two Glasgow teachers for helping him become a star.
The “Last King Of Scotland” actor pays his tribute in a star-studded promo clip for new movie “Waiting For Superman”.
The ex-pupil of St Thomas Aquinas school in Jordanhill says of his music teachers: “Great teachers changed my life. Anne-Marie Dempsey, Craig Smith – thank you.”
“Waiting For Superman, Truth made by An Inconvenient” director Davis Guggenheim, explores the failures of the US education system.
Other celebs thanking their teachers in the promo include Minnie Driver, Jon Hamm and Juliette Lewis.
